Below are some of the most frequently asked questions regarding camp. If your question is not listed below, please call us for clarification.

Your child should be registered for the grade they will enter into in Fall 2020.

Yes, a variety of payment plans can be customized. You may select the payment plan that best fits your needs at the time of registration or contact us to customize a plan.  All fees are due prior to the start of your child’s camp session.

We offer two session options across three regional areas (Eastern, Central, Western). Program sessions are split into 4-week blocks. Parents may register their children for either or both of the available program block options. Enrollment is based on the future school year grade level. 1st – 4th grade cohorts have a maximum class size of 10. 5th – 8 grade groups have a maximum size of 12.

Yes; background checks are one of the necessary precautions we undertake to keep our campers safe. We run full criminal history background checks on every member of our staff. Camper safety is our number one priority!

You select your child’s activities during registration. Classes that have not reached maximum capacity will show up during the registration process. A number of our activities fill quickly, so make sure to register early!

Camp Tuition and Activity/Elective Refund Policy: All cancellations must be in writing and submitted to Wiz Kids Camps, LLC. If a cancellation occurs anytime prior to April 22, 2020, 100% of tuition and/or activity/elective related payments (less the non-refundable fee) will be returned. If cancellation occurs anytime between April 22, 2020 and May 22, 2020, 40% of camp fees will be withheld. After May 22, 2020, 100% of all paid tuition related camp fees will be withheld.

No, this is programming that will fully engage your child from the start of the day until the end, with exception of their daily lunchtime break.  Like our day camp formats, all academic, athletic and elective segments are led by one of our Wiz Kids adult staff members. 

No.  We only ask you to remind them to log on.  From there, we will do the rest and your will have the space and time to make the best use of your day.  All activities are fully supervised from start to finish.

Once your child is enrolled, we will send you all of the materials your child will need related to curriculum, STEM activity and athletic/activity related equipment. 

***Due to the nature of the culinary arts program, we will provide participants with a list of items fresh items that will need to be purchased.
